Export your organization's data

Download your organization's Playbook, with its documents and SOP templates, as a JSON file.

Who can do this: Owner, Admin

Keep a copy of your Playbook outside OKiDO, or hand it to another tool. The export is one JSON file with:

  • the organization's name and plan,
  • the structure of the Playbook: its folders and processes,
  • the documents of each process,
  • the SOP templates with their steps.

Projects, tasks and runs are not part of the export.

Only owners and admins can export the organization's data.

Export the data

  1. In the menu on the left, choose Organization, then the Data tab.
  2. Under Export Organization Data, choose Export as JSON.

Your browser downloads the file. Its name is the organization's name and the date, for example horizon_creative_agency_export_2026-10-21.json.
