Plans and what each includes
What the FREE, STARTER, PRO and BUSINESS plans include, and the limits OKiDO applies on each.
Who can do this: Everyone in the organization
Every organization is on one of four plans: FREE, STARTER, PRO or BUSINESS. The plan sets how much the organization can create and which features it can use. Organization owners and admins see the current plan, its usage and the other plans under Organization in the sidebar, on the Plans tab. To change plans, see Change your plan and billing.

"Runs at the same time" counts the runs that have not started yet, are in progress or are blocked. Finished runs do not count.
AI tokens are what AI chat, @copilot and AI agents use up. The monthly allowance starts again each month on the day your billing started, or on the 1st of the month.

On FREE and STARTER, a smaller set of AI models is available. Features that are not in these tables, such as Smart Labels, Playbook folders and the dashboard, work on every plan.
Add-ons
Paid plans can add extra storage in steps of 10 GB and extra AI tokens in packs of 1 million. Organization owners and admins buy them on the Plans tab. See Buy extra storage or AI tokens.
Trials and billing problems
A new subscription to a paid plan starts with a 14-day free trial, once per organization. During the trial, everything in the plan is available.
When a payment is pending, or the subscription is suspended or cancelled, the organization gets the limits of the FREE plan until billing is sorted out. Nothing is deleted: everything already created stays, but new items beyond the FREE limits cannot be added.
