Manage what agents remember

Add, edit and remove what agents remember about your organization, and pin or archive what they remember about one project.

Available onStarterProBusiness

Who can do this: Everyone in the organization

Agents keep a memory: facts about your organization, your clients and your projects that they use on every run, such as your brand colors or a client's tone of voice. Agents add to it while they work, and you can add, correct and remove memories yourself, so agents start from what your team knows.

See what agents remember

  1. In the menu on the left, choose AI, then the Memory tab.
  2. Choose a memory in the list to read it.

At the top you see how many memories are short-term, long-term or permanent. Use the buttons above the list to show only the memories of the organization, a project, a team, a task or a person, and the list next to them to show one kind of memory. A memory shows how important agents rate it, how sure they are of it and how often they used it.

  3. Choose how long it lasts under Tier, and what kind of memory it is under Segment.
  4. Fill in the Topic and the Content, and move the sliders to set how important it is and how sure you are.
  5. Choose Create.

Agents use the memory from their next run on. To change a memory, open it and choose Edit; to remove it, choose Delete.

Manage what agents remember about a project

Agents on a project get the memories of that project with their briefing: the pinned ones and the most important others, ten in all.

  1. Open the project and choose the Agents tab.
  2. On the right, choose Memory.
  3. Choose Add, fill in the topic and what agents should remember, and choose Save memory.
  4. Next to a memory, choose the pin to always send it to agents, the pencil to change it, or the box to archive it.

Pinned memories come first in the list. An archived memory disappears from the list and is no longer sent to agents.
