What your AI assistant can do in OKiDO
Every tool an AI assistant connected to OKiDO can use, from tasks and projects to SOP runs, documents and AI agents, and the access each one needs.
Available onAll plans
Who can do this: Everyone in the organization
Once you have connected an AI assistant such as Claude or ChatGPT (see Connect Claude or ChatGPT), it works in OKiDO through the tools below. You do not call them yourself: ask in your own words, and the assistant chooses the tools it needs. For requests to try, see Ask your AI assistant to work in OKiDO.
What the assistant may do
- Your access: the assistant works with your account, so it sees and changes only what you may. An action that needs an owner or admin, such as inviting people, works only if you have that role.
- Read or also write: when you connect, you approve the access. With read access the assistant has the 57 tools marked Read below; with read and write access it has all 123.
- Tokens: a script or assistant that uses an organization API token gets only the tools its scopes allow (see Create an organization API token).
- Your organizations: the assistant can work in every organization your account belongs to. When you belong to several, it asks or you say which one.
- Your plan: the same limits apply as in the app, for example on the number of projects.
- A record of changes: what the assistant changes is recorded in the organization's audit log, as your action.
