What changes with this template
Without it
Price talks start when the seller calls to ask why nothing is happening.
Feedback from viewings lives in the agent's memory.
Each agent writes the seller report from scratch.
A price change is agreed by phone and reaches the portals days later.
With it
Every listing gets a price review on a set date, with the facts ready.
Feedback from every viewing is recorded and grouped into themes.
An AI agent drafts the report, and the managing broker approves the recommendation.
The seller records the new price, and the listing is updated the next day.
The template, step by step
Each step says who does it: someone on your team, an AI agent, or the client through a shared link. An approval keeps every later step locked until it is given.

Make it yours. Rename steps, change owners and add checklist items, fields or approvals. The template is a starting point for the way your team works.
The AI agents in this template
An agent only works on its own steps, and a person on your team checks what it did. Anything an agent writes to a connected app waits for approval unless you allow it.
Price review writer
Turns the market activity, buyer feedback and comparables into a price review report for the seller.
What it does
- Reads the activity, feedback and comparables recorded on the run
- Follows the report format in its step instructions
- Writes the draft report into its step
- Completes its step, so the managing broker can review it
Checked by: The managing broker corrects the report and approves the recommendation in step 5.
Questions this template answers
Bring the buyers' feedback and fresh comparables, and let the market make the case instead of your opinion. Steps 2 and 3 collect both, and in step 6 the agent walks the seller through the approved report.
Set a review date when the listing goes live, or a number of weeks on the market in your pricing policy, and review at that point every time. Step 1 opens the review on that date, and step 8 sets the next review date.
Ask every buyer for feedback after the viewing and group it into themes such as price, condition and location. Step 2 records the number of viewings and the feedback themes, so the report reflects every viewing and not only the last one.
Let AI pull the activity, the feedback and the comparables into a first report, and keep the recommendation with your team. In step 4 the price review writer drafts it, and in step 5 the managing broker corrects it and approves the recommendation.
Have the seller record the decision and the new price themselves after the conversation. In step 7 the seller records it through the shared link, with the new asking price and the date it takes effect.
Update every place the listing appears and tell the buyers who already viewed the home. Step 8 covers the portals, the website and those buyers, and sets the next review date.
