# Export your organization's data

> Download your organization's Playbook, with its documents and SOP templates, as a JSON file.

Keep a copy of your Playbook outside OKiDO, or hand it to another tool. The export is one JSON file with:

- the organization's name and plan,
- the structure of the Playbook: its folders and processes,
- the documents of each process,
- the SOP templates with their steps.

Projects, tasks and runs are not part of the export.

Only owners and admins can export the organization's data.

## Export the data

1. In the menu on the left, choose **Organization**, then the **Data** tab.
2. Under **Export Organization Data**, choose **Export as JSON**.

Your browser downloads the file. Its name is the organization's name and the date, for example `horizon_creative_agency_export_2026-10-21.json`.
