# Frequently asked questions

> Short answers to the questions new OKiDO users ask most, each with a link to the full article.

## Why don't I see Labels or Organization in the sidebar?

Only organization owners and admins have **Labels**, **Audit Logs** and **Organization** in the sidebar. Members can use labels on their tasks, but not change them. See [Create a Smart Label](https://okido.io/en/docs/teams-labels/create-a-smart-label.md).

## Why can't I choose a private project?

Private, comment-only and template projects are part of the PRO and BUSINESS plans. Choosing who gets access to a new private or comment-only project also takes an organization owner or admin. See [Create a project](https://okido.io/en/docs/projects/create-a-project.md).

## A colleague can't open my project. What do I do?

The project is probably private. An organization owner or admin can add your colleague, or their team, under **Members**, or you can make the project public if you created it. See [Control who can see a project](https://okido.io/en/docs/projects/control-who-can-see-a-project.md).

## Where did the done tasks on my board go?

A project shows **All pending tasks** at first, which hides done tasks. Choose **All tasks** to see them. See [Filter, sort and group tasks](https://okido.io/en/docs/projects/filter-sort-and-group-tasks.md).

## Why won't a task move into a column?

The column has rules: a field must be filled in first, or only certain people may move tasks into it. The message on screen says which. See [Add rules to a column](https://okido.io/en/docs/projects/add-column-rules.md).

## Can I get an archived project back?

Not from the app yet: OKiDO has no list of archived projects. Archive only projects that are finished. A deleted project cannot be brought back at all. See [Archive or delete a project](https://okido.io/en/docs/projects/archive-or-delete-a-project.md).

## Can I bring my tasks over from Trello, Asana, Jira, Monday.com or ClickUp?

Yes. Export your board or project as a JSON file and import it into a project with the import wizard. Organization owners and admins can import. See [Import tasks from Asana, Trello, Jira, Monday or ClickUp](https://okido.io/en/docs/projects/import-tasks-from-another-tool.md).

## How do I give every task in a project the same labels?

Make them the project's default labels. Every new task in the project then starts with them. See [Give new tasks default labels](https://okido.io/en/docs/projects/set-default-labels-for-a-project.md).

## How do I start the same kind of project again and again?

Build it once as a template project, with due dates relative to the start or launch date, and start each new project from it with **Clone**. See [Reuse a project as a template](https://okido.io/en/docs/projects/reuse-a-project-as-a-template.md).

## How do I change someone's role in a team?

Remove the person from the team and add them again with the new role. See [Add people to a team](https://okido.io/en/docs/teams-labels/add-people-to-a-team.md).

## What happens if a payment for our plan fails?

Until billing is sorted out, the organization gets the limits of the FREE plan. Nothing is deleted, but you cannot add new items beyond those limits. See [Plans and what each includes](https://okido.io/en/docs/appendix/plans.md).

## Is there a quick way to find something?

Press Ctrl+K (Cmd+K on a Mac) on any page to search across documents, SOPs, tasks and runs. See [Keyboard shortcuts](https://okido.io/en/docs/appendix/keyboard-shortcuts.md).
