This week, meeting follow-through gets clearer: action items suggest owners and projects, let you edit the wording, and distinguish assigning work from handing it over for review.
Your everyday work also gets more reliable, with better task feedback, organization-aware pickers, steadier sprint planning and recurring schedules in five more languages.
Turn meeting decisions into the right tasks
Action items suggest an owner based on their wording, the meeting summary and attendees, with labels like “Likely for Diego.” Before accepting, you can see the recipient, choose an eligible colleague from the meeting and click the text to edit it. Enter saves, Escape cancels, and the wording becomes the task title.
Choose Assign to create the recipient’s task in the selected project, or Hand over to let them decide whether it becomes a task. They receive a notification and find it among their action items; accepted items show the recipient.
Project suggestions now stay within your sidebar-selected organizations, show confidence such as “92% match,” flag weak matches and rank likely projects first. The page also has colleague photos, aligned action controls and small recording links beside summary points instead of a wall of blue links.
Fathom meetings now include everyone who spoke, even without a calendar invitation, and webhook-delivered highlights appear again. A speaker whose full name uniquely matches an active member is linked automatically; otherwise, they appear as a guest.
If you recorded the meeting, you can click an attendee to link an alternate email to an account or mark them as a guest. Linking grants meeting access, moves their action items to their list and remembers the address for later recordings. The account picker respects your selected organizations.
Work confidently in the task drawer
Assignments and everyday editing now behave more predictably:
Select a team plus one person or AI agent together; click a checked name to remove it. The picker lists People, teams, then agents.
URLs in descriptions, comments, documents and SOPs open in new tabs, including existing, imported and AI-written addresses. While editing, use Ctrl+click or Cmd+click; ordinary clicks position the cursor.
Drop multiple files onto descriptions or comment fields, with a visible drop target, or use the multi-file paperclip. Failed attachments are named without blocking others; pasted screenshots remain inline.
Failed, timed-out or cancelled agent runs explain why beneath their status, with a View run option. Refused retries also explain why.
Private projects show the owner first, marked “(owner),” include them in counts and allow task reassignment to them. Members of permitted teams now appear in assignment, approval, mention and departing-member reassignment pickers.
Ordinary members can select approval recipients outside project pages and find organization colleagues in @mentions. Comment-only users have access to commenting, following and requested approval controls, with unavailable editing controls hidden or explained;
canEditreports edit access.Time controls respect permissions: your entries are editable, with broader access for admins and task or project creators. Logging appears only when allowed;
canModifyandcanLogexpose those permissions.
With multiple organizations active, task sprints, agents, dependencies, references, mentions and linked-document playbooks now use the task’s organization. Attachments and images use its storage too; moving tasks between organizations still works.
Your input survives refused approvals and failed time entries. Leaving the description editor and clicking Done triggers only one save, double-clicking Add Comment posts once, and opening plain-text or Markdown descriptions no longer counts as editing. If milestone creation succeeds but adding the task fails, the drawer explains what happened and lists that milestone, preventing duplicates.
Failed title saves restore the old title with a message; assignment success appears only after saving, and blocked link copying is reported. Custom labels save after typing pauses, retain your input and show the saved value on failure. Connection and server errors use plain language, while specific refusal explanations remain.
Comment deletion asks for confirmation, and comment, subtask and attachment counts update immediately on board cards. Task-loading failures offer Try Again, milestone-loading failures no longer look like empty lists, and unsaved descriptions say Not saved yet.
Moving tasks now offers keyboard-friendly, type-to-filter organization, project and stage fields. These and other pickers stay inside their windows, and long titles no longer overflow dependency dialogs. Existing milestones no longer offer Convert to milestone.
Keep runs, projects and sprints on track
Runs opens on All Active, with All Statuses available and a “No active runs” shortcut when appropriate. Checklist ticks update instantly without success messages; failed saves undo the tick and explain why.
Run form values reappear after reloading, completed approvals retain the approver, time and note, and shared links and run pages show readable field hints. The System Runs filter now offers Draft, Running, Blocked, Completed, Failed and Cancelled instead of unsupported choices that broke the page.
Project and planning improvements include:
Project editors can manage request forms, including people and teams with edit rights in comment-only projects. Publishing a form still requires an owner or admin.
Project pages use their own organization for sprint filters, Deploy agent and project-memory creation, including when several organizations are active.
Milestones with every task done show All tasks done and Mark complete, rather than Overdue or Late.
Approving a playbook review clears its overdue warning and schedules the next review one cycle after approval.
Sprint meeting lengths set to None stay that way. Save Settings updates upcoming sprints, and the table shows sprints that have not ended rather than the organization’s first ten.
Regeneration preserves a running sprint and retains unchanged upcoming sprints, tasks and meeting notes, updating only meeting lengths.
Choose Terra 6.1 and connect agents reliably
If your organization is on Pro or Business, you can select OpenAI Terra 6.1 in Settings > AI Models or on an agent, at 0.15x input and 0.75x output tokens. It replaces Sol 6.1 as the default when neither your organization nor the agent specifies a model; Free and Starter remain on Terra 5.6. Meeting intake moves from Luna 6 to Terra 6.1, while chat titles stay on Luna 6.
New specialist agents can report directly to @copilot through the creation wizard, matching existing support when moving agents. Credential saving now rejects unknown apps or credential types, incorrect authentication types, missing required fields and unknown fields with clear errors.
Editing credentials preserves secrets you leave untouched. BambooHR, Datadog, Microsoft SharePoint and 36 other apps gain logos in credential lists and pickers. Mist is correctly named, and Send Email accepts Resend credentials created on the Credentials page.
If you use the API, GET and PUT /api/agents/:agentId now return { agent }, matching creation. Update any scripts that read top-level fields. The API reference documents credential request bodies and errors, plus POST /api/public/onboarding-offer, including its fields, work-email requirement and error codes.
Use your language, with clearer notification choices
New-organization onboarding now shows each step’s video in your OKiDO language rather than showing none outside English. Recurring runs and tasks also understand Dutch, German, French, Spanish and Portuguese schedules using the same patterns as English, with immediate date previews. Non-English task schedules no longer fall back to daily.
Weekly updates arrive in your inbox, in your language, once the post and translations are published. Clicking an update opens okido.io in a new tab; disabling in-app notifications disables these updates too.
Google Analytics, Meta and Reddit pixels now load only on sign-in, sign-up, organization settings and checkout confirmation pages. Leaving those pages reloads the app so those pixels do not see your other work. Elsewhere, only Microsoft Clarity runs, masking all text in session recordings.
The smaller fixes should make your everyday assignments, approvals and planning easier to trust. Start by reviewing your next meeting’s suggested owners and projects, or type your recurring schedule in your preferred language.
